B. Tech in Civil Engineering

The B. Tech. Civil Engineering programme has been designed to impart training and continuing professional education to upgrade B.Tech level Manpower engaged in managing construction task. Construction industry needs to be continuously reformed and converted so as to make them get used to the present system of requirement also and make it a user friendly one. The ultimate objective will be to prepare competent professional so as to enhance the overall skills and also to make the same understand in a nutshell thereby making it available in a total friendly approach as per the needs and requirement.

Admission Qualification

The Candidate who has successfully completed10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or its equivalent with pass class Examination of any recognized Board/Council.

Lateral Entry to 2nd year (IIIrd Semester)

The Candidate who has successfully completed3 years polytechnic diploma from state technical board or its equivalent after 10th standard or 3 year B. Sc in any stream with mathematics as major subject is eligible to take admission in 2nd year (IIIrd semester)of B.Tech in respective branches.

Program Duration

The program duration for B.Tech in Chemical Engineering will be 4 years comprising of 8 semesters but the candidate will have to complete the program within 8 years from the session of enrollment .Accordingly program duration for Lateral Entry students will be3 years comprising of 6 semesters but the candidate will have to complete the programme within 6 years from the session of enrolment.
